For over 13 years, the Rio Tinto Future Skills team has been dedicated to advancing the landscape of skill development in Rio Tinto Iron Ore. During this period, we have ignited the careers of more than 2,500 Trainees, Apprentices, and Graduates. We are proud of the contribution we have made to upskill Rio Tinto’s workforce, as well as the contribution these skills have meant to local communities.
