School based programs

Early careers programs
Our Early Careers Programs are designed to prepare individuals for the dynamic field of mining. We tailor our programs to meet the needs of school leavers and those who are in their early career journey.
Traineeships
Our Traineeships provide specialised training that focuses on the development of First Nations People and Women. The program offers a Certificate II or Certificate III qualification, which is aimed at entry-level and semi-skilled roles. This initiative aims to empower and support individuals and provide them with valuable qualifications and opportunities for career growth.
Apprenticeships
With our four-year program, you'll dive into hands-on technical experience, gaining the essential skills and knowledge required to earn a trade qualification. These skills are the linchpin for the seamless and safe operation of our assets, guaranteeing that we're not just ready for the present but geared up for the future.
