Aboriginal Training and Liaison (ATAL) Program

The popular and highly successful Aboriginal Training and Liaison (ATAL) program is back in 2024.
The ATAL Program is a work ready training program for Traditional Owners and Pilbara Aboriginal People which supports participants to develop skills and access employment opportunities.

Traineeship programs

Our Traineeships provide specialised training that focuses on the development of First Nations People and Women. The program offers a Certificate II or Certificate III qualification, which is aimed at entry-level and semi-skilled roles.

Apprenticeship programs

During our 4 year program you will dive into hands-on technical experience; gaining the essential skills and knowledge required to earn a trade qualification. These skills are the linchpin for the seamless and safe operation of our assets - guaranteeing that we're not just ready for the present, but geared up for the future.
